Utility Companies - MRC Telco

A Houston/Dallas based utility company had a warehouse filled with thousands of unwanted excess analog/digital Nortel and Avaya phones mixed with new VOIP Phones, networking hardware, and servers. Their other sites in Colorado, California, and other states on the West Coast had shipped their unwanted old surplus hardware to the Texas home location because they had a warehouse facility to store them.

Unfortunately, they were running out of storage space in their warehouse and needed to make room for other equipment. They had old routers, switches, and UPS power supplies (including laptops and servers) that they needed removed. The equipment was stacked on shelves and scattered in piles on the floor and on tables. MRC Telco sent the team in to pack up and remove the equipment. Our logistics team came prepared with boxes, bubble wrap, pallets, and shrink wrap. Our client needed us to be there at a specific time to coordinate this shipment. We arrived on time, packed up the equipment in a timely manner, and shipped it directly to our warehouse.
