Purchase Order (PO): We send you a PO listing part numbers, approximate quantity of phones, price, client pickup address and contact person.

Logistics & Shipping: A team member from shipping calls you to schedule a convenient day and time for pickup. We work around your schedule and our crew can pack all the equipment (bringing boxes, bubble wrap, pallets & pallet jack).

Pickup: A truck picks up the equipment at your site and ships it directly to our warehouse.

Receipt Confirmation: Our Warehouse Supervisor generates an inventory list of what we received – listing part number, quantities, and the testing results. This list is emailed to you.

Payment: You are paid via check or ACH – trade-in options are also available.
